A Responsible Purchasing Policy
The Responsible Purchasing approach of YESSS Electrical is at the heart of its CSR challenges. It reflects the company’s commitment to integrating sustainable development principles across all business areas and promoting them in its relationships with partners.
The YESSS Responsible Purchasing Policy is derived from its values, ethical charter, and CSR strategy. It is designed to serve as a common reference framework for the Purchasing teams and suppliers.
Today, distributors are responsible for integrating CSR considerations throughout the entire value chain. To achieve this, YESSS Electrical is committed to establishing long-lasting dialogue and balanced relationships with its suppliers, in compliance with social and environmental issues.
As a key player in a responsible value chain, YESSS Electrical has formalized a responsible purchasing policy with an associated action plan:

1
A Responsible Supplier Charter associated with contracts
2
The signing of the RFAR charter, the National Label for Buyer Engagement
3
Sustainable Development clauses integrated into the GTC (General Terms and Conditions of Agreement) and T&Cs (Terms and Conditions of Sale) contracts.
4
Supplier evaluation with ACESIA AFNOR + recommendations on the CSR evaluation platform
5
Training and awareness on responsible purchasing
6
Responsible purchasing indicators
A Responsible Supplier Charter
Our suppliers are invited to sign the Responsible Supplier Charter, which is attached to all contracts. The goal is to provide a common framework to establish a mutually beneficial relationship.
This charter outlines the commitments expected from YESSS Electrical’s suppliers in the following areas:
- Regulatory compliance
- Human Rights
- Working conditions
- Environment
- Ethics and compliance

YESSS Electrical, signatory of the Responsible Supplier Relations Charter (RFAR)
The RFAR charter, supported by the Business Mediator (MDE) with the National Purchasing Council (CNA), Ministry of Economy and Finance, aims to engage the signatories of the RFAR Charter to implement a management and improvement process for their supplier relationships.
This is concretely reflected in the following ways:
- - Foster a client-supplier relationship based on mutual respect
- - Implement transparent communication on purchasing policy
- - Prioritize mediation in the resolution of commercial disputes
- - Comply with legal and contractual payment deadlines
- - Reduce risks of mutual dependence
- - Professionalize the purchasing teams
