Career Management and Skills Development

YESSS Electrical offers its employees motivating opportunities through its career management systems. The company invests in continuous training and the development of its staff, encourages and facilitates internal mobility (see details in indicators).

All roles within the company (sales, logistics, products, management) have access to training. Training is provided by both internal trainers and external training organizations. The internal training team at YESSS ensures a strong understanding of the company's commercial tools, product offerings, the experience of high-quality customer service, and the acquisition of relevant skills.

In 2023, YESSS Electrical decided to develop a digital e-learning platform, YESSS Academy, which will be accessible through the intranet of each employee.

Scheduled for deployment in 2024, this platform will facilitate the learning of new skills for all employees, covering technical, regulatory, and cross-functional topics relevant to our business, either independently or with support from our trainers during webinar sessions.

YESSS ACADÉMIE

The internal structure of YESSS Academy enables the development of skills and professional growth for all employees through various courses and training programs:

An onboarding program for all new employees

A specific promotion program for employees in development, with the implementation of PROA schemes (retraining and promotion through work-study programs in accordance with our branch agreement) aimed at obtaining Professional Qualification Certifications (CQP) for new and promoted agency directors and sales technicians (150 hours of training upon taking the position).

Technical training with manufacturing partners for the development of employees' technical expertise.

In 2023, 1,528 training sessions were organized, representing 23,865 hours delivered to 1,940 employees.

YESSS Academy, which ensures the internal transmission of job skills, guarantees the creation of training modules specific to YESSS. Training tailored to the needs of employees is offered for skill development.

YESSS develops training courses and awareness modules on environmental and societal issues on the following topics: EV charging infrastructure, responsible energy consumption solutions with manufacturers, climate fresco for the CSR committee, eco-gestures, responsible purchasing, and CSR. Each employee has access to their personal YESSS Academy portal on the company intranet, allowing them to track their training, consult available courses, and express their wishes.

PROFESSIONAL INTERVIEWS AND THE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Professional interviews are conducted regularly with each employee to monitor their career progression, desired developments, and training needs.

An annual and multi-year skills development plan is thus defined in alignment with the regional management.

GENDER EQUALITY
POLICY

YESSS Electrical has a structured approach to improving gender equality within the company.

In 2019, YESSS Electrical committed to a gender equality agreement, which was renewed in 2023. This agreement includes concrete measures to increase the proportion of women in the company. It confirms the commitment of various stakeholders to the principle of professional equality between women and men and, more broadly, to the general principle prohibiting all forms of discrimination.

This agreement sets out objectives and measures to achieve professional equality. It includes the implementation of measures related to hiring, professional promotion, effective remuneration, and the balance between professional activity and personal and family life. The recruitment process encourages professional diversity.

At YESSS Electrical, the number of women in the total workforce increases each year (+10% in 2023). These indicators are consistent with the market and the low proportion of women in the industry. The company observes equality between women and men in terms of remuneration, training, and career development in identical situations.
